The idea
Builders need a team that owns the sales and marketing strategy and gets homes to closing on time. Bey Group Real Estate, Inc. takes that on, from a 30-day market read (CMA) to the last closing.
The menu has three doors: New Home Sales, Buy or Sell, and For Agents. Buy or Sell covers selling, buying, zero equity or behind, and helping a parent move. For Agents covers the referral network, the new-home sales team and registering a buyer with a builder.
What is on the site
A net-proceeds calculator on the selling page where the seller enters their own price: no automated valuation, no storage, no network call, the figures stay in the page. A two-step form that asks about the home first and who to call second, and still posts with scripts off. A plain-English explainer of how selling works, an FAQ, a founder page, and a privacy policy written for CalOPPA.
Intake goes to a Supabase table that only the server can write, with an email and a push notification the moment a lead lands. Speed to lead is the business model; first contact is targeted within four hours.
Decisions that shaped it
Plain HTML, no build step.
One stylesheet, one script, no framework, no dependencies. A site with no templates means the discipline is grep before you change, and a script checks every page against the content map before a push.
No testimonials, no counts, no invented anything.
The review notes call inventing them the one unforgivable error. The photography that is not his own is generated and is never captioned as staff or clients.
Never charged, said everywhere.
The pledge sits on the seller, buyer and equity pages and in every footer. Prequalification links out to the lender rather than collecting mortgage data, because a form here would put applicant details in a brokerage's database.
The lender is kept at arm's length.
Altitude keeps its own blue, is described as unaffiliated and optional, and its bubble waits three minutes so a lender call-to-action is never the first impression.
Privacy first, then analytics.
The loader honours Global Privacy Control before anything else, because a pixel share can count as a sale under California law and the site serves people who may be behind on a mortgage. Cookieless analytics only until the tags are real.
Leads are locked down.
Row-level security with the public roles revoked, a view that would otherwise have exposed every referred lead's contact details closed off, and a table comment that reads never expose, never sell, never transfer.
