What We Collect

This site collects anonymous interaction data to understand how visitors use the site. This includes:

• Tap/click coordinates (where on the page you clicked)
• Which elements were tapped (buttons, links, app icons)
• Named events such as page arrivals, app opens, scroll depth milestones (25/50/75/100%), and which sections you viewed
• Session duration (how long you spent on the site)
• Approximate location (country/region) and device type, derived from your request — IP addresses are not stored
• A randomly generated visitor ID stored in your browser's localStorage

Email Collection

Some features on this site ask for your email address before delivering content or scheduling a service. These include:

• Resume PDF download
• Homebuyer checklist and credit score guide downloads
• Strategy Call and Deep Dive consultation waitlists
• Mail and contact form submissions

Emails are stored in our private Supabase database and used only to deliver the requested content, follow up on consultation requests, or send occasional updates. We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@jumaanebey.com.

Analytics

We use a self-hosted analytics system built on Supabase (a Postgres database service) to track anonymous usage data. Events are stored in three tables: click/tap coordinates (heatmap_events), named interaction events (journey_events), and visitor sessions (sessions).

• No cookies are used
• No IP addresses are stored in the custom analytics database
• No device fingerprinting is performed
• A randomly generated visitor ID is stored in your browser's localStorage — this is not linked to any personal information

Third-Party Services

We also use the following third-party services to understand how visitors experience the site:

• Vercel Analytics — aggregate pageview and visitor counts. No personal data, no cookies. Privacy Policy
• PostHog — session replay (recordings of mouse movement, taps, and scroll, with all form inputs masked) and error tracking. We do not record passwords, email fields, or any input you type. Add the attribute data-ph-mask to any element you want explicitly masked. Privacy Policy

You can opt out of session replay at any time by emailing hello@jumaanebey.com with the words "opt out" in the subject and we'll exclude your visitor ID.

What We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information beyond voluntarily provided email addresses
• No passwords or form inputs (masked in session recordings)
• No cookies
• No device fingerprinting
• No data sold to advertisers or data brokers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. Anonymous analytics data is stored in a private database and is used solely to improve the site experience.
